Looking for gratitude as a family

Sarah Cowley-Ross talking about the power of gratitude

Summary:

Sarah shares with us her love for stationery and gratitude journals! She is also a big believer in practicing gratitude and making sure we acknowledge the great things that are happening in our lives!

She has extended this practice of gratitude to her family! Every night at the dinner table as a family they share highlights from the day, Sarah and her husband really encourage their children to think deeply about what they believe their highlight is!

This time of night is often ruled by their daughter who, funnily enough, gets to decide which person gets to go first. Sarah also shares a special memory her daughter created and how this gratitude practice is now a part of their friend’s dinner table talk too!
