Jeanette Kehoe-Perkinson: Redefining menopause

Jeanette Kehoe-Perkinson:

You’ve probably heard of Menopause but have you heard of Power Pause?

Jeanette Kehoe-Perkinson founded Power Pause, a movement to create more awareness and understanding around Menopause to retain women in the workplace. She is also a Chief People officer, and consultant and is on several advisory boards like the University of Auckland Business School!

During our kōrero, we talk about workplace wellbeing, belonging, navigating mental health conversations, as well as Menopause and how we can better support women later in life. We also talk about Jeanette’s wellbeing journey which includes moving from England to New Zealand and the importance of always having a plan B!

We hope you enjoy this kōrero!
