Sarah Cowley-Ross: Every minute maximised

Sarah Cowley-Ross talking about her wellbeing journey

Sarah Cowley-Ross:

Sarah is a human that beams with energy when you are in her presence and this was evident during our wellbeing kōrero with her!

Sarah is a wife and mother of two gorgeous humans! She is also a New Zealand Olympian, and sports presenter and holds many roles within the NZOC such as Olympic Schools Ambassador and Board member!

We delve into what wellbeing and keeping well mean to Sarah! From movement moments to learning the Samoan language, the power of journalling to caring for our environment, and Sunday planning to extreme ownership! Our kōrero was filled with genuine topics that provided great advice and perspective for your own wellbeing journey!

We hope you enjoy our kōrero!
