Jojo talks us through how to get out of another worst case self defence situation with a focus on angles and movements to get out using an armbar movement!
Jojo teaches us how to do some damage from the ground, as we learn what to do in the worst-case self defence situation!
We are progressing from session 06, and learning what to do in order to get out when we have locked up that ‘bad person’ in between our legs!
During this session we go through what to do to help protect your neck in a laying down position, during a self defence situation!
During this session, we work through the techniques to use to get out of a situation where someone is sitting on top of you.
In this session we focus on a few warm-up drills and what we should do if someone is on top of us sideways.
Join Jojo in our third Self Defence Session, where we learn what a shoulder lock is and how to get out of it, as well as what to do if someone grabs us from behind!
This second session brings a bit of fun! We learn about what to do in a standing position to make space between you and the bad person, as well as what to do if someone tries to grab your hair!
