Ever wondered about what self-defence is all about? Or how you would protect yourself in a vulnerable situation? Now is your chance to give Self Defence a go, have fun and learn more about ways to keep yourself safe in our first Self Defence session! 

Jojo is an experienced trainer and draws on her history as a personal trainer to help coach you through a range of techniques and skills of self-defence! 

This is the first video of the Self-Defence Series! Give it a watch and practice yourself and share it with a partner that you’d like to practice with!
