Ever wondered about what self-defence is all about? Or how you would protect yourself in a vulnerable situation? Now is your chance to give Self Defence a go, have fun and learn more about ways to keep yourself safe in our fifth Self Defence session! 

Jojo is an experienced self-defence trainer and draws on her history as a personal trainer to help coach you through a range of techniques and skills of self-defence! In this session, we focus on what we should do if someone sits on top of us.
