Self Defence Series:

Ever wondered what self-defence is all about? Or how you would protect yourself in a vulnerable situation? Now is your chance to give Self Defence a go, have fun and learn more about ways to keep yourself safe in our seventh Self Defence session! 

Jojo is an experienced self-defence trainer and draws on her history as a personal trainer to help coach you through a range of techniques and skills of self-defence! In this session, we are building on session 06 so make sure you watch that session first to get a better understanding. We learn what to do when your ‘bad person’ is in between your locked up legs!
