All things that keep Theresa going

Theresa Gattung talks about what she does for her body

Summary:

Sleep is Theresa’s number one non-negotiable for her wellbeing, it’s something that she knows about herself, that she doesn’t function as well as she needs to when she hasn’t had a lot of sleep, so she makes this a priority!

Food, Theresa shares that she isn’t perfect in this area, none of us are after all because balance is key, she does love to enjoy a few treats now and again, but on the whole tries to reduce her carbohydrate intake!

We also dive into how Pilates (check out our free videos if you want to give this a go for yourself) and Swimming both help her on her wellbeing journey!
