Summary: 

We’ve all said it before “I don’t have the time”. 

Debs has been there too, but one thing she knows is that moving her body means she gets a break from her work and life and gets to just smash herself, then have the rest of the day to think clearly! 

Another important aspect for Debs is sleep, she has learnt about herself that she needs to get enough sleep! So much so that she will even just start falling asleep by the time 8:30 comes around.
