Theresa Gattung: Making positive change happen

Theresa Gattung shares with us her wellbeing journey

Theresa Gattung:

Theresa’s roles and spaces she has made an impact are filled with incredible kaupapa, naming one without the other would be wrong! However, a glimpse into her journey includes being the Chief Executive and Managing Director of Telecom, now Spark, Co-founder of MyFoodBag, and the Chair of Tend Health! She and her sister Angela also run Gattung Foundation, which is committed to enabling others with equal opportunities!

During this wellbeing kōrero, we dive into the power of curiosity, using your voice to make or support positive change, as well as leadership within business! We also delve into self-confidence and how she has harnessed this throughout her career, doing the little things to feel good, and utilising your gift!

A fabulous kōrero that we are grateful to share with you all, we hope you enjoy it, if you’d rather listen to our kōrero click the listen on Spotify link below!
