Curiosity as a secret superpower

Theresa Gattung talks about why curiosity is an important part of your wellbeing

Summary:

Theresa shares with us the importance of curiosity and why it is underrated as a virtue to hold!

While resilience and determination are crucial, curiosity is what drives us to explore and navigate through life’s challenges. It helps prevent getting stuck in a stagnant state. Theresa mentions that being curious about what lies ahead, whether it’s a new relationship, venture, or meeting new people, keeps life fresh and interesting.

As we get older we tend to view things in a certain way, however, if we can hold on to the value of curiosity we are able to keep learning, expand our knowledge, and experience new things!
