Summary:

Theresa shares with us her journey of self-confidence saying that it has been something that she has had to learn and developed over the years through different experiences. 

Going to two different universities, Studying Law and Business, which were degrees where at that time she couldn’t afford to not speak up and show confidence in the classroom! Theresa talks about her studying years definitely contributing to her overall self-confidence! 

She also talks about her communication style and how this was influenced by her family and the way they spoke to each other, noone ever said something that they didn’t mean. So growing up her family had a very direct communication style, which she has no doubt attributed to her successful leadership journey!
