The importance of having a community

Will Hall talking about his communities he connects to

Summary

It took Will about 40 years to find his community, all thanks to running he has found Park Run to be the space that allows him to connect to people in a way that positively benefits his wellbeing! Every Sunday that he can, Will will head down to a park run and compete against his previous running times which he finds is one of the benefits of the community, it’s not about competing with anyone else other than yourself.

Will has also had a journey with Cure Kids and Starship not only running and raising funds for them but also through his own young family’s struggles. Will talks about how the community of people from those places are superb! When asked how one can support people during this time for him it’s about “just being there” as it certainly doesn’t go unnoticed!
