Running to help find clarity

Will Hall talking about how running helps his physical and mental wellbeing

Summary 

Will enjoys going to the gym but has found that running is really up his alley! So much so that he has even endeavoured down the track of Half-marathons! 

In one of Will’s roles, he played a runner, got given a running kit and thought he better put it to use! From then he hasn’t looked back! Running for Will provides him with the opportunity to clear his mind and supports his mental and physical wellbeing!
