Summary:

Lee talks to us about having imposter syndrome and how relatable this is to everyone, but at the end of the day, you need to believe that you are the expert and back your abilities!

Lee also talks about being an introvert and how this works being a part of many boards where your voice needs to be heard, for Lee she knows the impact and direction she can help with so she tries to incorporate this whenever she speaks at a board table!

We also talk about facilitating meetings and the true value of everyone’s voice is heard! A key takeaway from this is that it is important to facilitate meetings correctly as well as have the diversity of thought at meetings to ensure perspective is around the table!
