Finding the rhythm of what works for you

Jeremy Mayall talking about finding your wellbeing

Summary:

Ebbs and flows we all have them! We kōrero to Jeremy about what he does for his body and the range of activities that he finds work for him depending on the type of the week.

Whether it is a bushwalk and getting out into nature or a bit of yoga, Jeremy enjoys moving his body and the benefits that come with it.

Jeremy also makes a good point that in performing and playing the piano he too enjoys that for his body, moving along the keyboard and feeling that good vibe from the music also fills his cup!
