Jeremy Mayall: Being curious to get creative

Creative Waikato's Jeremy Mayall on his wellbeing journey

Jeremy Mayall:

Jeremy is a husband and father, as well as the CEO of Creative Waikato! Jeremy has a deep passion for the creative space and encourages people to find what works for them.

A performer, a composer, a producer, a published author, there is little Jeremey hasn’t done! Jeremy is a real advocate for the arts, culture and creativity and throughout our interview, it is clear the benefits this has on our wellbeing!

So what does wellbeing look like for Jeremy? We talk about meditation, bushwalks, being creative and doing so in a way that allows you to get to that flow state! We talk about the magic moments that collaboration brings, the support his whānau gave him to follow a career in creativity, as well as the importance of finding what works for you!

All this and more in our latest kōrero with Jeremy!
