Routines for healthy lifestyles




For Bex one of the things she prioritises is heading to the gym, why? Well not only because she loves to feel strong and get her body moving but she also needs to keep a strong upper body for health reasons! 

Bex is always keen to do things for her body to help her live to the best of her ability!

Bex also is a meditator, morning and night have become a nice routine for her to use to get set for the day as well as unwind from anything that has happened, Bex also finds that by meditating helps her to relieve any anxiety!

The final part Bex talks about that she does for her body is mouth taping! Something we had never heard of before, but Bex explains that it has great benefits for sleep and nasal breathing which she finds great for her body!
