Summary:

Nicola shares with us that her husband got her hooked on getting outside first thing in the morning, just to be present, get some natural light and get a general feel for the day! 

She also uses a mantra: Pause, Move and Breathe. Nicola uses this as a check-in for when she may feel off-kilter a bit or just when she needs to connect back with her body. She also tries to move her to move every day, whether it’s a full-on yoga session or just a little bike ride to work!
