Summary: 

For Nicola, it’s all about connecting to the why and the north star that’s driving you forward! 

On the days when things are tough or someone says something that is quite hurtful, she constantly reminds herself of her why, and asks herself these questions: 

  • What’s my why?
  • Why am I doing this?
  • What am I trying to achieve?

If anything feels out of balance it’s about going back to those questions and connecting to your north star!
