Nicola Turner: Changing small habits for sustainability

Nicola Turner from Mainstream Green talks to about her wellbeing journey

Nicola Turner:

Nicola Turner is a lady on a mission, she is also a wife and mum to two beautiful souls!

Nicola is the founder of Mainstream Green and is on a journey to help people change their behaviour in a more sustainable way whether that be through something small and simple, or perhaps you are already contributing to sustainability and want to extend yourself further.

But what does wellbeing look like for Nicola? We talk all about what Nicola does outside of creating sustainable change in her community! Nicola shares what her drivers are and what she leans back on when she feels like she is fighting brick walls as well as what she does for her body and of course the journey to where she is today!

This kōrero is not only filled with wellbeing ideas to get you curious to try, but there is a strong focus on the simple ways we can be more sustainable within our lives, and of course Nicola share with us her top tip for sustainability!
