Summary:

Heather Talks to us about the things she does for her body, and one of them is running, later we find out that it also is a really big part of her wellness as a whole, but she talks about it being a good way to feel fit. 

However she also went through a period last year where she just wasn’t feeling great, and later discovered she had an overactive thyroid as well as a lump on her thyroid, something she wouldn’t have learnt unless she persisted with telling doctors that something felt wrong. 

A clear message from Heather is that you know your body the best and if something doesn’t feel right then do your best to understand why that is!
