Summary: 

Craig talks about the activities that he enjoys to help keep him on the go! 

Craig has done the gym thing and found that it didn’t really work for him, he loves a competitive sport but he is in his element when he gets to adventure outdoors with activities like paragliding, fishing, or hunting! 

He loves the flow there is when you work hard and then get the reward of flying down a mountain or carrying out what you have caught.
