Craig Smith: Wellbeing for a creative mind

Craig Smith talks about his wellbeing journey

Craig Smith:

We were so fortunate to talk to a fabulous kiwi author and musician Craig Smith! Craig is a father, and is commonly known in homes as a musician and author of epic books within homes across Aotearoa!

Craig is an award-winning author and his stories sit in the hearts of kids across the globe, The Wonky Donkey is definitely one of the favourites in our whare! The stories and lyrics that Craig weaves into each of his stories are pretty remarkable.

We talk about the journey Craig has been on with his creativity and wellbeing, including storytelling, his identity journey, his epic outdoor adventures as well as his commitment to sustainability on his whānau property in Queenstown.

Find a cozy spot for you to hear the full kōrero with Daz and Craig!
