Getting up the steps can be a challenge to many but Lee’s advice is to get a dog, they are a great way to help you get moving and make getting out for a walk that extra bit fun too!
She also really enjoys Barre, as a dancer herself, she talks about how it allows her to connect back to dance whilst also combining movement into her week- the perfect combination!
