Prioritising what’s important

Body

Summary:

Vanessa talks about what she prioritises for her body. She aims to get up and moving at least four times per week and talks about how even though it can be hard, she knows that she will feel better and that it sets the day up for her.

She uses the mantra, feet on the ground, to help her get up and moving! So next time you are struggling to move your body in the morning just think to yourself, feet o the ground, and you’ll be in motion rearing to go!
