Summary:

We talk to Hannah about her coping strategies whilst running a business in the middle of the COVID pandemic, the stress that comes with this, and how she dealt with it all!

Hannah talks about how she felt she was able to handle the pressure pretty well at the start of the pandemic, and just immersed herself into the business and doing everything she could to help it along! However there was a point where she felt really lonely and disconnected from her community, and she talks about the value of her family and friends that helped her get through this time!

Hannah talks about how it is a privilege to feel pressure! Hannah is thankful that she is able to feel and be under that pressure and mentions that she has learnt that when she isn’t under pressure or have things to do, that is when she actually struggles the most!
