Open Communication at Work

Cecilia 01

video

Summary:

Workplace culture is something that Cecilia talks about leading from the front with, and at Tend they aim to have open communication within the whole team.

A key way this is done within Tend is that Cecilia and her husband James, often go to the people directly to ask questions about a topic they specialise in rather than talk through people. She says we do too much talking through people and a key priority for her is to talk to the people who are the experts within their field to get the best information!

There is a powerful impact through straight line communication and having open communication with each other at workplaces that speaks volumes about the company you are at and the culture you are building!
