Balancing Community Needs with Own Wellness

Summary:

Arohanoa is apart of a few different communities through her Iwi, Creative Bay of Plenty, the education space and of course the art sector!

However, a key realisation that Arohanoa shares with us about her wellness journey is that she doesn’t have all the time in the world to juggle everything alongside her whānau, business and her own wellness.

This is something that we think is super relatable to many out there, to let you know that it’s important to contribute and be a part of communities but it is also important to ensure you are filling your own cup to make sure that you can help others full theirs!
