Summary:
Simon has recently had his hip done so is slowly getting back into moving his body and is doing so through Pilates with Sonia! Prior to this, he tried to move his body most days, whether it was a bike ride, tennis, golf or just taking the dogs for a walk!
One of the key things Simon focuses on for his body is making it accessible and efficient, to allow for fewer excuses for not getting it done!
