Power of positive mindsets

Maioro talking about his mind and mental health

Summary:

Last year, Maioro battled sepsis from a kidney stone, making multiple hospital visits within five months. It took a toll on his mental well-being, especially since he couldn’t rely on his usual mental boosters like exercise, so he had to look for other ways to find that boost!

One thing he did was surrounded himself with supportive, positive people, carefully choosing his squad. Nourishing his body with good food became a priority, and he embarked on a culinary adventure. Additionally, Maioro became an event enthusiast, seeking out local happenings to connect with his community and find support.

Maioro’s self-care recipe: positive people, delightful food, and vibrant community engagement. These strategies helped him bounce back from health challenges, a great reminder that you can find ways to better your mental health in the smallest of ways!
