Being Realistic with the Time you have for Yourself and your Body

Summary:

When we asked Ranjna if she has any rituals for her body, she simply replied with no! Ranjna talks about how she dreams that she has more time to do things but with juggling the things she has she says she doesn’t get to get out and do everything that she would like to. 

This is something about lockdown that Ranjna liked, she enjoyed being able to go out for walks and dabble in different activities that she normally would not be able to do because of travel and tasks that pop up during the day that make priorities fall down the list.
