Cecilia talks about the importance of exercise as a part of her routine for her body, she shares the impact that simply going for a walk or getting some fresh air is massively important for her, and also for those of us that are working from home a lot! Doing this with her family is another way that she fills her cup, and tries to walk her children to and from school!

Another part of Cecilia’s ritual for her body is skincare, although she mentions is something that was neglected in her twenties, it is now something that she really focuses on and ensures that she takes that bit of time for herself.
