Summary:

Miriam does an exercise with Daz during our interview that reveals something so simple, yet so important!! 

What would you do if I were to ask you to make your wellbeing worse? 

What a question to ask, and one we have never even thought about! But actually thinking about it and realising that when we are stressed the things that are first to go out the window are all the strategies we have to keep our wellness cup filled! 

Remember that when the stress gets turned up a notch or elevates the most important thing to do is maintain those strategies (we know it’s better said than done), but make sure you know what they are and try to have them balanced!
