Taking care of YOU as a person

Stacey McIntosh talking about the importance of prioritising your body

Summary:

Once a rower with a strict training schedule alongside juggling school and commitments, Stacey looks back and is appreciative of those memories and the challenge that it gave her! All of these set her up nicely for running a business and juggling time for herself as well!

Now as a mother, she has turned her focus towards being able to look after her body more holistically, and simply enjoying the opportunity to make the most of the time you get to move her body!

She has recently enjoyed getting out for a walk with her son and what would normally take 30 minutes might take an hour because of all the connections she gets to make with the neighbours in her community!
