Summary: 

James shares with us the change that working from home has had on his body and that this has prompted him to explore the opportunity to try something new within his training regime! 

Previously into running and yoga, James talked to his wife about trying out a personal trainer and doing weights based training! James admits that his wife knew him well enough to know that the hardest step for him would be to take the first step, enquire, and gain an accountability partner, so she took it for him! 

James talks about how starting this new adventure with his training has helped him not only physically but mentally as well! James also shares an amaizing metaphor with us about how this exercise regime helps to provide clarity!
