Creating time, space and boundaries to live!

Stacey McIntosh from Harrïe and Sam about her business journey

Summary:

Something that we all want to be better at is living in the present.

Stacey shares with us a time in her life when she was hustling hard, working two jobs, trying to build a house and on top of that she was trying to live a life she loved and was present within.

She got to a point where she asked herself two questions:

  1. What do I not want to do again?
  2. How can I get there?

She started being really strategic with her time and what she wanted to do, this meant changing her own expectations in order to create space in her life to actually live!
