Life is short, controlling controllables, and spending time with epic humans

mind (1)

Summary:

This kōrero was powerful, filled with lessons and learnings and all in 3 minutes!

Debs talks about the importance of surrounding yourself with epic humans, whether it is friends or business mentors, finding your people is immensely helpful, especially during those times of stress!

When making decisions Debs takes it back to simple skills like making a list of what you can and can’t control. Focus on what you can control because the reality is that you can’t control what you can’t control!

Another aspect of what Debs is about is that life is short, so live it to the fullest! After her accident, Debs wanted to make sure she makes every single day count and encourages others to do the same!
