Summary:

Sharing goals can be lots of things, and one of them is scary right?! You’re putting yourself out there saying that you want to achieve something and it’s making you accountable! 

We talk to Dom about why it’s important to share goals, and he talks about it not being about sharing them with everyone, but the importance lies within the WHO you share them with! You are more likely to complete a goal if you share it with someone with that you have an immense amount of respect! 

It’s all about thinking about why you want to share that goal and who you want to share it with, because you need to have that accountability layer from them!
