Dom Vettise: 

Dom is an incredibly proud husband and father, he is also a clinical and performance psychologist!

Dom’s has worked with many clinical patients, athletes and sporting organisations, such as New Zealand Rugby, New Zealand Football and High Performance Sport New Zealand. Dom is an absolute caring and genuine man, who is passionate about people connecting to their identity, values and who they are as a person!

Dom talks to us about pressure and understanding ourselves when the pressure comes on through two models: Red and Green Mindsets and Above and Below the Line behaviours. We also talk about courage, connection, sharing goals with people that support you, meditation and where to start, and focusing in the workplace.
