Kat McIntosh: Don’t sweat the small stuff

Kat McIntosh talks about her wellbeing journey and small business adventure

Kat McIntosh:

We sat down with Kat in her small Waikato-based business Snack Baby, to talk all about her wellbeing, and what she does as a business owner and a mother of two to help her along her journey!

Kat shares her journey starting and opening a small business during the COVID pandemic, the mindset she adopted to get through the challenges she faced, and how she navigated difficult decisions as a small business owner!

We also kōrero about serving vegan food and her contribution to growing the vegan community, whilst doing her best to implement sustainable elements into her business journey! All of this of course while in a pandemic- she sure does have an inspirational story!

We talk about activities Kat does for her wellbeing such as the occasional run and spending time with her family, all while trying to not sweat the small stuff!

We are stoked to share this wellbeing kōrero with you all and hope you enjoy watching it as much as we enjoyed the kōrero with her!
