Tara Lorigan, MNZM: Building self confidence

Tara Lorigan on her wellbeing journey

Tara Lorigan:

Tara is one epic lady! She is a wife and a lady full of passion who wants to help bring confidence and success to many people in her community. Tara also has an MZNZ for her amazing services to businesses and women.

Tara is the founder of Co.OfWomen and has pioneered a unique model helping females grow within themselves both confidence and skill set all while providing the how-to of success tools along the way.

We talk about Tara’s journey to where she is now, including growing up in Ireland and moving to New Zealand when she was 14. She also talks about her identity journey as one that has helped shape her to be the woman she is today, and along the way has learned a lot about herself and what she needs to thrive! Tara talks about the lack of confidence she had first starting out in business, having worked on this personally it has helped drive her forward to help other females recognise and believe in themselves and their abilities!

So whether you would like to add a few more tools in your wellbeing tool kit, or want to hear an inspiring journey towards pioneering an amazing company this is will be a great listen for you!
