Shiray Kaka: Showing up as yourself

Shiray Kaka:

Shiray, or should we say, Shironcé is an incredible human! She is a wife, dog mum, animal lover, and a Black Ferns Sevens Rugby player, to top it off she is also an Olympic Gold medalist!

We kōrero together about navigating your journey, and the importance of showing up as yourself regardless of the environment! We talk about connecting to your culture and learning the Samoan language, she shares the value of having patience both as an athlete and within life, and she also shares a few tips around procrastination!

Throw into the mix an example of why she and Gillies are rookie farmers, her ultimate features from her Black Ferns Sevens teammates, and something she does differently from everyone else, with a bunch of laughs throughout it makes for an epic listen!
