Join Corban and Jazz for a power-focused High Intensity Interval Session! 

We have got a strength-based Power Superset! We’ve paired a strength-based exercise with a bodyweight power or plyometric-based exercise to help you move your body! 

To get the most out of this workout you can add weights or if you don’t have weights grab a can from the pantry, a milk bottle or a backpack and let’s get going!
