Summary: 

We were grateful to talk to Jason about his journey with his wellness and his body. We talk about the fact that many of us wish we did more and need to do more, but it is actually just about assessing where we are at and working from there. 

Jason also openly talks about the heart attack he had five years ago and the impact this has had on him and his family, both in a way of new learnings and a positive way and the mindset her now has towards living life!  

We also talk about what Jason now does to keep him feeling the best he can!
