Ziena Jalil: Finding your place

Ziena Jalil:

Ziena Jalil is a mother and a woman that wears a few different hats utilising her specialties across many facets!

Ziena holds experience across education, business development, leadership, diversity, crisis management, and communications just to name a few. With these many hats, she is a keynote speaker, a board member, a trustee, and director, and a facilitator, there honestly isn’t much she doesn’t do to help the world be a better place!

What does wellbeing look like for a mother of two wearing many hats? We kōrero about sleep and its importance, the calming influence of water, Vitamin D, being reflective, learning to say no, creating connected communities and more!

We also draw on Ziena’s experience within the workplace and kōrero about creating workplaces of warmth, celebrating and understanding our differences, and asking for help!
