Jay Carter: Identity constantly evolving

Jay Carter Golf National NZ Coach talks about his wellbeing journey

Jay Carter:

Jay Carter is a proud husband and father to three girls, he is also the Golf New Zealand National Coach and host of the Talking Performance podcast!!

We kōrero to Jay about his learnings as an athlete within Golf, the desire to love what you do, and navigating your identity as an athlete as more than what you play!

We also kōrero about his impressive 12-hour walk mission, his family’s passion for helping the community, why it’s important to have a good relationship with feedback, and embracing challenges or spaces of discomfort.

An epic kōrero and the first one in our TGDM office, we hope you enjoy!
