Debs Brockelsby: Doing what’s best for you

Debs Brockelsby:

Debs is truly an epic human, we were so grateful to check out her new shop in Rotorua and kōrero about her wellbeing journey!

Debs is the founder of STOKEDNZ, a company that creates gorgeous towelies, which by the way would be a great gift! She is also a bike rider, lunchtime swimmer and adventure lover!

We kōrero to Debs about how STOKEDNZ came about, why it’s called STOKEDNZ and just how stoked she is to be doing what she does! She also shares with us a few tips and tricks she has about business and controlling your controllables! Other topics include, sticking to your non-negotiables and boundaries, getting outdoors and into nature, trips to Turkey and being ethical, creating effective habits, and enjoying the life you have!

It’s truly an amazing kōrero with so many golden nuggets to take away, we hope you enjoy!
