Brooke Neal: More than a hockey player

Brooke Neal on her wellbeing journey, motherhood, retirement

Brooke Neal:

Brooke is a mother and a well-being mindset coach! Doing massive work with athletes wanting to get that extra edge by prioritising their wellbeing!

She is an absolute machine on the hockey turf, she is an olympian and a commonwealth games medalist!

She is the founder of All About Balance, where she draws on her experience within the high-performance environment to help aspiring athletes as well as businesses to ensure that they prioritise their wellbeing!

We talk about the journey that Brooke has been on within her hockey career with her wellbeing and what experiences helped shape her perspective of why it is so important to prioritise it in everyday life! Other topics include organisation skills, mental health, the change in exercise post-retirement, meditation, discovering who you are, connecting to a community and exploring the world of retirement!

All this and more in our kōrero, so sit back and get ready to take a few notes of this epic kōrero!
