Tonia is a mother to her daughter Lily, and is the director of Pro-ject and Co-Founder of The Company You Keep, alongside a massive history in helping businesses and most importantly people unlock their potential for greatness!

Tonia talks to us about what wellbeing looks like for her with the many hats she wears, and shares with us her tips towards helping feel a sense of balance for what you need to keep going!
