Tonia Cawood: Micro moments, shock absorbers, and decluttering your plate

Tonia Cawood:

Tonia is a mother to her daughter Lily, and is the director of Pro-ject and Co-Founder of The Company You Keep, alongside a massive history in helping businesses and most importantly people unlock their potential for greatness!

Tonia talks to us about what wellbeing looks like for her with the many hats she wears, and shares with us her tips towards helping feel a sense of balance for what you need to keep going! We kōrero about yoga, breathing, having the courage and confidence to try something new, motherhood, parenting, engaging with your community, shock absorbers, workplace relationships, sustainability and MORE, it’s jammed packed with wellbeing goodness!

We are in awe of Tonia’s courage to try new things and relentlessly challenge herself to be better! If you need a pep talk, or maybe some inspiration to give that activity you have been putting off a go, have a listen to this kōrero!
